Scientist for a day!

10 girls and boys embarked on an exciting journey into the world of neuroscience, here at research center caesar. Our institute participated in the annual Girls'Day / Boys'Day and opened the labs for exciting insights into our research.

Students experienced a wide array of experiments, ranging from chromatography to the inner workings of a neuron. By creating small circuits, students could experience how parts of the brain exchange information.

Educational Outreach Officer Dr. Mia von Scheven, who organized the event, was happy with how the day turned out:

With creativity, even complex research can be made fun and interesting to kids and students Dr. Mia von Scheven, Educational Outreach Officer

We are already looking forward to welcome the next group of junior scientists to our labs - with the Girls'Day / Boys'Day next year!
