caesar certified by berufundfamilie for fourth time in sucession

Bonn, June 18th, 2020. Research center caesar has been certified by the berufundfamilie audit for the fourth time in succession. The certificate attests to caesar's high level of family and life-stage-conscious personnel policy, as well as family-friendly working and study conditions. Being certified by the audit is a seal of quality for the sustainable design of family-friendly working conditions. Patron of the initiative is Dr. Franziska Giffey, Federal Minister for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth.

Due to the restrictions imposed by the Corona virus, the certificate award ceremony was held as a virtual celebration. The certificate arrived at the research center via mail. It was received by Margret Schilling (caesar coordinator for work and familiy), as well as the Scientific Director Prof. Dr. Jason Kerr and the Head of Legal/Personnel, Angela Franke.
