On Friday May 13 2022, we will be presenting our research together with many other local research institutes during the 13th Bonn Science Night. At 2:30pm, we will open our booth in the Bonn-Information in the city centre.
We will explain how our researchers study brains of different animal species "in action", to find out how the vast numbers of neurons in the brain lead to complex behaviors. Visitors can have a look through the microscope themselves and craft their own brain hats.

The variety of species we study ranges from single cell organisms, worms, flies to fish, frogs, mammals and predator birds.
